Delete your account and data
In CalorieCat, open the profile button from the home screen, scroll to Legal & Support, select Delete account, and confirm Delete permanently.
This permanently deletes your CalorieCat profile, meals, photos, weight, water, and notification data. The action cannot be undone. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] to request deletion; we may ask you to verify your account.
CalorieCat Pro purchases
Purchase
Open the profile button from the home screen, find the CalorieCat Pro card, select Start Pro, choose a plan, and confirm the purchase with Apple or Google. The store confirmation screen shows the total price, billing period, renewal, and any trial terms before you pay.
Restore a purchase
On the same CalorieCat Pro card, select Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase. Restoring does not create a new charge.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Select Manage subscription on the CalorieCat Pro card, or manage it directly through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel before the store's renewal deadline to prevent the next charge. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
Apple or Google handles store billing, cancellations, and refund decisions under its policies. For an unrecognized charge, contact the store that processed the payment.
AI estimates and wellness information
Food recognition, calories, serving weight, nutrients, and suggested goals are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review and edit results before relying on your log. Do not use CalorieCat for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, allergy safety, eating-disorder treatment, pregnancy care, or any decision that requires a qualified healthcare professional.
